Sunday night we heard gurgling from the basement shower. I called Roto Rooter just after 9 am Monday morning to schedule a service person to check the main waterline to the street. Less than an hour later we had water/sewage gurgling up from the basement shower. So basically no flushable toilets in the house. I called again in crisis mode, and although the office personnel said they were booked solid, they would have someone over by 5 pm (ish). It was just after 8 pm when your man Steve arrived. He worked on the lines for about an hour, and got everything cleaned out, water running smoothly, and toilets flushing. He explained everything he had done and what the problem had been. Very helpful indeed!
